Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the services that Aimpact IT LLC ("Aimpact IT", "we", "us") provides to you ("Client", "you"). By subscribing to a plan, paying an invoice, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you have a separate written service agreement with us, that agreement and these Terms work together; if they ever conflict, the signed-or-accepted service agreement for your project controls for that project.

1. Our services

Aimpact IT provides technology services for small businesses and individuals, including managed IT and support, automation, AI voice and chat assistants, websites, hosting, email and workspace management, and advisory work. Services are delivered as one-time projects (for example, a website build) and as ongoing monthly plans (for example, a Care Plan / Managed IT Services subscription). The exact scope for your engagement is described in your service agreement or proposal.

2. How you accept these Terms

This is a service relationship, not a fixed-term contract, and no signature is required. You accept these Terms and your service agreement by any of the following, whichever happens first:

Any of these actions confirms your agreement to the scope, pricing, and terms in effect at that time.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and automatic renewal

Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel. The amount, the start date, and what the plan includes are stated in your service agreement and shown at checkout when you set up payment. Recurring payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). One-time project fees are paid as agreed (for example, a deposit to start and a balance at go-live), by the method stated on your invoice.

Plain version: your monthly plan keeps your website, automations, communications, and support running. It charges the same amount each month, on its own, until you tell us to stop.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time, with no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next charge; your plan and the managed services it covers continue through the end of the period you have already paid for. You may cancel through the billing portal link we provide, or by emailing support@aimpactit.com from the address on file. Fees already paid are non-refundable for work already performed and for the current billing period, except where required by law.

5. Changes to these Terms or your plan

We may update these Terms, the scope of a plan, or its pricing over time. For any material change, we will give you reasonable advance notice (normally at least 30 days, and before your next billing date). Continuing your plan after a change takes effect is your acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change does not work for you, you may cancel at any time before it takes effect, with no fee. The current version of these Terms always lives at this page, with its version number and effective date shown above.

7. Intellectual property

When a one-time build is paid in full, the final website code, its content, and the domain transfer to you. Aimpact IT keeps the right to reuse its own underlying frameworks, tooling, and know-how on other projects. While a plan is active, we manage hosting, automations, and supporting accounts on your behalf.

8. Third-party services

We deliver services using trusted third-party platforms (for example, Google Workspace, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Netlify, Cloudflare, and our automation host). Your use of those services through us is also subject to their terms. Carrier and similar pass-through fees (for example, SMS fees) are charged at cost where they apply, and we disclose them.

9. Data and privacy

We will never sell, share, or misuse your data or your customers' data. We use it only to operate the services you have engaged us for. How we collect, use, and protect information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. We do not store full payment card numbers; card payments are handled by Stripe.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific business results (for example, a particular number of leads, rankings, or revenue). Services and third-party platforms are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aimpact IT's total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

11. Term and suspension

A one-time build is a single engagement. A monthly plan continues until cancelled. We may pause managed services if a plan's fees are unpaid, until the account is brought current. Either party may end the relationship as described above.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Harris County, Texas have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your separate service agreement says otherwise.
